Beginner’s Tip :
If you are a beginner, feel free to use a bolster or block to support your buttocks. It would also be useful to have a yoga instructor guide you through the poses so as to escape mishaps."
Nice one, Ms. Linnor. Now, if I could only learn how to do Yoga, too. It really looks interesting and all your blog posts about it is just amazing, especially when you're doing it with your family. :-)
van, yoga is the only fitness regimen that i've sustained. i prefer it over going to the gym, running, biking etc. i hope you could try it :)
Ooh, I cant do that. I did yoga eight years ago (ashtanga) and even did yoga for pregnant women. I really had to go back to it again cuz i lack flexibility na and I am having all kinds of aches. I bet you dont have any back aches because of your practice
i have about 20% scolio marie and doing yoga helps in countering my back pains. :) i just have to do the poses correctly to avoid injury.
Way to go, Lin!!! :D
thanks meikah! :D
Nice pose. You really got a lot of arm strength there. If only I got more time to attend the gym or do yoga. I'll try to research on some videos for beginners once I got some time.
