"If you have matters to discuss with a particular student, please obtain the permission from the proper school authority before approaching the student."
Clear enough. I wonder if an incident prompted the school to issue this memo...
Very intriguing memo. However, its is possible that they are only taking precautions granting that the incident that Camille had mentioned did not happened in their school. I also think that is a proper way of settling things rather than approaching the student personally.
"You can’t imagine your life with kids, until you have them, then you can’t imagine your life without them." ~Author Unknown It's been a week since two of our three sons flew to Manila to attend their classes. Even with the (remaining) 9 year old son at home, doing his usual stuff alternately watching tv, tinkering with his Legos, cutting/ folding/ creating things with paper and playing with the iPad, and making a ruckus all by his lonesome, the house is, weirdly, quiet. i have not heard first-hand if an incident happened in ateneo de cebu, but in another school in cebu, there was one that was the talk among parents...
Deletethis memo is a good way to make parents understand (hopefully) that there is a better way to handle a situation.
It usually does. I guess the school is makin' sure that peace and order will prevail.
ReplyDeletei was thinking along that line too. and i commend the school for setting their procedures down to make the parents aware.
