ME: Ma, eto po oh. Junnie meant the signage lang.

    Men are to Cars and Sports as Women are to Shoes and Bags...is this right?

    How many can say that they bought their bags from Beverly Hills, with the rest of the family in tow? :P am sure the experience was unique.

    Jerome and I got our unique experience of being with Mrs Pacquuao in nextdoor store Niketown. The experience? Worth a Seiko bag. lol

    more than the loot(bag) itself (pun intended), i was really glad everyone was there to witness my acquisition of a special retirement / sabbatical trophy. hahaha!

    i kinda doubt another major major purchase will happen soon.

    sayang you didn't request jinky pacquiao's autograph. lol!

    So you saw the various reactions of everyone in photos while shopping bags at Barne's of the noted Beverly Hills! You see them through my lens very clearly being a self appointed PAPArazzi.

    With those stolen photos, it is confirmed that indeed the real name of a woman is VANITY! Yes?

    no argument on that (re vanity) papa(razzi). this doesn't happen often though. i'm quite sensible with my finances. hehehe. it's just this once to mark a new chapter in my life (sabbatical). kinda, a trophy or something to remind me how hard i worked as an employee.

    like what junnie said: it's a unique experience especially since i had you all there with me. :)

One thing we have going for us is that we have strong faith that this too shall pass, and that the Filipino will rise above. School and a Mixed Bag of Emotions

Even with the (remaining) 9 year old son at home, doing his usual stuff alternately watching tv, tinkering with his Legos, cutting/ folding/ creating things with paper and playing with the iPad, and making a ruckus all by his lonesome, the house is, weirdly, quiet. I often find myself introspecting... about the nest almost empty now and other similar thoughts. And I struggle to stop myself from wallowing in a mixed bag of emotions. It's not a bad thing, except, I could waste hours doing that. I thought I was totally in control and could dismiss the situation as another milestone, like seeing your child lose his first baby tooth. Nothing a warm hug or an ice cream could not fix. On the contrary, that hug at this time just exacerbates the yearning. It

by Linnor When the boys are home, their room doesn't stay as orderly as the pic above.  Mistulang binagyo kapag silang lahat ay nasa loob ng kanilang asul na kwarto. :) Merong nag-gigitara, merong nagko-kompyuter at merong naglalaro ng Lego.  Sa madaling sabi, pag nasa silid sila, talagang di maiiwasan ang pagiging makalat nito.  :P Anyway, at least nasa bahay lang sila at hindi nagbabarkada sa labas. Pero sa totoo lang, after a long day at work or from school, it's always nice to come home to a clean house.  Ang sarap magpahinga sa maayos na kabahayan pagkatapos ng mahabang araw  di ba?
