071819 The sons at Saud Beach, Pagudpud 10 years ago. They were aged 15, 12 and 5 years old then.
The youngest one silently sat by the shore and longingly watched his siblings play in the sea. He wanted to join them splash, swim and frolic before sunset. He was told (repeatedly) to just play in the sand because he had his swim at Kabigan Falls earlier in the day. We were worried he might catch a cold for over-exposure.
Quite reluctantly, he did obey. This 5 year old boy, young and gung ho as he was then, was wise enough not to have any fit.
Looking back now, none of the boys had bratty outbursts when they didn’t have their way. I’m really pleased they took after their Pa in that aspect.
