010818 Having a househelp is a convenience I miss sometimes. However, for the last 4-5 years that we didn’t have one to clean after our mess or to prepare hot meals or wash and press our clothes, we’ve somehow survived. We’ve become creative in coming up with solutions even to the most mundane of tasks. In a way it made us more mindful of each other and each other’s needs. This afternoon, I was sitting in a nearby resto with my youngest son who I picked up from school and who was having his early dinner at 530pm. I enjoyed sipping on fresh young coconut juice and felt quite relieved that I didn’t have to do the dishes. http://ift.tt/2m9rAMp via Tumblr http://ift.tt/2EmtVuV
