Almost Forgot About My Avocado Pops

My guilt-free recipe is made of 2 whole avocados, low-fat milk and Superfoodgrocer's coconut sugar (to taste). The picky-eater son loved it.

A serving of fruit for the day = mission accomplished.

  1. Oh love having avocados specially when mixed with milk and sugar then let it freeze in the fridge. Good thing that we have one tree in our area. We just wait for them to ripe.
